Have special requirements? No problem! Before we take on a new office cleaning client we like to visit the premises and go through your exact requirements. This allows us to give your cleaning team a detailed brief. However, if you have an occasional task or perhaps need a thorough clean then we are flexible to your requirements and can usually provide some extra cleaning time as and when you need it.
Our bank of office cleaners are vetted, the clean is insured and the cleaners are briefed about your requirements before they start. That doesn’t mean that you can’t speak directly with your cleaning team and advise them of your changing requirements. However, should you prefer to speak to the office instead then that option is also available to you too.
One of the most important things you need to know about our office cleaning service is the contract period. We operate on a 30 day rolling contract, so in the unlikely event you need to cancel your service, we simply require 30 days notice. We don’t tie you into long contracts.
We also appreciate it can be hard to run a busy office with the hoover running. We have availability for out of hours office cleaning, which means you arrive at work to a beautifully clean office ready for your productive day.
