We have been cleaning Northamptonshire commercial premises for over 10 years, one of the most important things we have learned on our journey is how important it is to look after or clients! After all if we don’t take care of our clients, or competitors will!
We have recently introduced a client support team, dedicated to facilitating the highest levels of service.
The client support team has a varied purpose. They are tasked to make regular customer care calls to all our commercial cleaning clients, providing a helpful and friendly point of contact. You don’t have to wait for us to get in touch, should you have a query you can call 01604 791799 during office hours or email at any time.
We do encourage our commercial cleaning clients to discuss arrangements with their cleaners directly, however, we also appreciate this isn’t always convenient, especially if you have an ‘out of hours service’ or if you prefer to talk directly with the client support team.
How our client support team can help you…
- You can discuss your cleaning requirements.
- You can arrange for additional one off cleaning support.
- You can increase or decrease your cleaning service.
- You can arrange for a replacement cleaner if your regular cleaner is ill or due to go on holiday.
- You can raise any concerns and your client support team will help to resolve these.
- You can notify us of seasonal shut down times.
- You can amend your invoicing details.

- You can arrange for a cross contamination report.
